Thats with a 2 year contract with AT&T mate, they're still worth a few quid sim free!
If you struggle to sell it online, you can use http://www.orangerecycle.co.uk/ and get £260 for it. If you print out the details of your order etc. you can actually take it into the orange shop in the and get your cash for it.
I'd still wait it out mind you, as new iphone won't start shipping for at least two weeks, which is better than the 3 months it normally takes after WWDC.
Don't think that's correct, they would never sell them that cheap. You might be thinking of the 3GS which Wallmart are selling for $100.

I cant believe people are buying reconditioned ones from 02 , been a few people on the phone to me happy to get it that way

You wont get 1 for $100. And you wont get the new version for $299 either.
Walmart are selling an 8GB ipod touch for $175.

Are t-mobile going to be offering the iPhone 4 for people who have an f&f contract? I reckon I'll be looking at leaving o2 due to persistant problems and I'm wondering if I'd be able to return to something that I had with t-mobile last summer. Something like flex 35 with f&f discount.

Iphones price plans are set by apple so F&F is not possible on the plans , Much better plans on offer than Flext now IMO . have a look online .. Il post Iphone plans when we get them
