After tallying up the votes so far, the top three are as follows (based on 3 points for 1st place, 2 for 2nd, and 1 for 3rd):

Bear in mind that these are chosen solely by adding together the points for voting, and are based on the 35 league games up until this point. (The reason it's 35 games rather than 36 is that, first of all, as the end-of-season bash is right after the game, we need to get the engraving down now and cannot wait for its results. Secondly, this upcoming game against Ayr will take place with a rotated squad, unlike every other league match this season, so in my humble opinion it cannot be judged the same way.)
