Vimto would be a cool sponsor to have.

I think part of the backlash about the kit that was eventually scrapped, in addition to it being a rotten design with cheap additions, was the move to half pounders or one pounders of whatever it was. I know we had it in the past but it's rotten and added to an already terrible strip.

Can't see them moving from Millions as the main sponsor now, as long as the Raes are in charge and using the sponsorship for Golden Casket.

Vimto is cool although it's not a Golden Casket brand, just a tie in, so that's a non starter unless Vimto themselves were interested and Dougie would entertain it.

I did find the submission from McGill's interesting as they put McGill's on the front. Hinting at something they would be interested in?

The 'novel' selections look a bit ridiculous while the conventional look like they always do - which isn't surprising. Nothing jumps off the page so I'd go for 3 for a nostalgic change.

I'm aware that Golden Casket don't own Vimto, but there's obviously a commercial relationship between the firms. Has the question even been asked? If not, why not?

The 2nd placed entry from last time was cracking (it was the number 3 - retro type kit).
None of these efforts even come close to it.

This is why I'm preferring number 3. None of the hooped efforts come close to being as good as that one from last time (although several are better than the one we actually got) so I'd rather go for the best non-hooped option rather than going for an inferior version of the hoops.

If I was forced to pick one with hoops it'd be 5, but they should all have thicker hoops.

I don't like it at all, but 6 is going to win.

8 for me, though I’m not particularly keen on any of them.

Think that one would have won the vote if the badge and sponsor had been a bit neater.

And for that I can't see the sun
For I'll keep a waiting on the pavement

It has to be Number 7, that has the look of a successful European side whereas the rest (with the exception of some real jobbys) all look like variations of what we've already seen before.

I suppose there is only so much you can do with blue and white hoops. What they all have in common is that they would look far better without a tacky sponsor's logo emblazoned on the front.
