Don't understand the TV subscription being included in the cost.

I guess it's assuming most people have Sky Sports.

Yeah, I know that but that doesn't really contribute to the Scottish championship and below.

Surely our child's strips aren't on average nearly £6 dearer than the rest of the division?

They're bespoke, so quite probably.

Why do we have made to order children's strips?  Does anyone else do that in our league?

Presumably because we (and Brechin) use small, local companies instead of the major manufacturers.

Now before Gavin goes, I'd like to ask him one more question.

Instead of wee wiffies in a sweat shop in the far east making our strips we have our own wee wiffies from up the Strone churning them out - all part of the make Britain great again campaign.

I unironically support the local production of replica kits and I'm fine with paying a few quid extra for it.

They already live within the sprawling bounds of Greater Greenock (or 'Greenock' for short).

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

You do realise the citizens of the Greater Port s*** all over the bumpkins fae Greenock. As for Gourock, everyone knows that pluke of a place does not count. And don't get me started on Inverkip - seriously what type of loser chooses to live in Inverkip?

The Inverkip Hotel is by a massive distance the best restaurant in Inverclyde, so it can stay.

'The Greater Port' is about as viable and lasting an entity as free Catalunya.

Gourock is the St Tropez of Inverclyde and adds some much needed class to the depressing wastelands of Greenock and the durty wee haven of the troglodytes.

Gourock is fine, which is why Greenock incorporated the 'ck' in it into the name of Greater Greenock ("Greenock.")

I can't have that as a fact, or even accepted opinion, about the kip hotel.

It's over priced and the food is meh.

It's a little expensive but they try to source a lot of stuff locally, like Morton did with our artisinal hand-crafted replica taps. I respect that. Quality-wise I've never once had a bad meal there. It's always a highlight of visiting home.

Middle of September, had a superb meal, just as I did six months prior. I go every time I'm back home.

Spaghetti hoops does not count. Now wipe your chin and bow down to the many Mitchelin star fish and chip restaurants located in the capital of Inverclyde.

Fair enough. I thought it was decent a while back but they’ve got new mangers & chefs in and thought it wasn’t so good.

I'm more a fan of the Star Wars-shaped spaghetti.

The last Michelin-starred meal I had was pretty disappointing.
